How We Process Your Order & Payment
From your first request for quotation to final delivery and documentation — here’s exactly what happens, step by step, when you order pharmaceutical excipients from Nurogen Healthcare Ltd.
Request for Quotation (RFQ)
Submit an RFQ via the Get a Quote form on our website, by email, or through your account manager. Tell us the product, pharmacopoeia grade (USP/EP/BP/NF), estimated quantity, and target delivery timeline. Use the quick quantity buttons in the form (500–10,000+ kg) or enter a custom amount.
Technical & Regulatory Review
Our QA/QC and technical team confirms specification, checks current inventory and lead time, and assembles the documentation you’ll need — Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Certificate of Origin (CoO), Safety Data Sheet (SDS), and, where applicable, EXCiPACT / WHO-GMP certificates or the excipient’s EDQM Certificate of Suitability (CEP).
Formal Quotation Issued
You receive a formal, itemised quotation covering unit price, total value, Incoterms (e.g. EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP), minimum order quantity, estimated lead time, and available payment terms. Quotations are typically valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Purchase Order Confirmation
Once you’re ready to proceed, issue a Purchase Order (PO) referencing our quotation number. We countersign and return an Order Confirmation together with a Proforma Invoice, locking in price, quantity and delivery schedule.
Payment Terms
We offer several payment routes depending on order size and account history:
Bank Transfer (T/T)
Advance payment via international wire transfer — the standard route for new accounts.
Letter of Credit (L/C)
Available for larger international orders, issued through your bank in our favour.
Net Account Terms
Net 30/60 terms available to approved accounts with an established trading history.
Exact terms, accepted currencies and banking details are confirmed on your formal quotation and order confirmation.
Sourcing, Allocation & Batch QC
Upon receipt of payment (or confirmed credit terms), your order is allocated from stock or sourced from our WHO-GMP / EXCiPACT-audited manufacturing partners. Every batch undergoes incoming and release QC testing against pharmacopoeial specification before it is cleared for dispatch.
Quality Documentation Package
A full batch-specific documentation package is prepared to travel with your shipment: Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Origin, Safety Data Sheet, and (where relevant) TSE/BSE-free declaration, allergen statement, and regulatory certificates such as CEP or EXCiPACT/GMP certification.
Dispatch & Logistics
Goods are packed and labelled to GDP standards, with temperature-controlled transport arranged for sensitive materials. As a UK-based exporter, we prepare all required customs and export documentation and share tracking details as soon as your shipment departs.
Delivery, Final Invoice & After-Sales Support
On confirmed delivery, we issue your final invoice and remain on hand for reorders, regulatory dossier support (e.g. DMF or CEP cross-references for your submissions), and any technical queries about the material supplied.
